These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and xn555 ("Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the xn555 website located at https://xn555.cam and all associated content, features and services made available through that domain.

xn555 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform primarily targeting users in Pakistan. The platform provides informational and educational content covering sports betting, live casino games, cricket wagering (including PSL and ICC T20 tournaments), payment methods, bonus structures, and responsible gambling tools. xn555 operates as an information service and does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution.

By accessing or using any part of this platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

Your access to and use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earlier of: (a) clicking any "I Agree", "Accept" or equivalent confirmation during account registration; (b) completing the account registration process; or (c) accessing any page or feature of the Platform after these Terms have been published.

These Terms apply to all Users, including casual visitors, registered account holders and any individual accessing the Platform from within Pakistan or from any other jurisdiction. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

xn555 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an Account on xn555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by the Platform or any recognised responsible gambling authority.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited and where such prohibition applies to information platforms of this nature.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or close family member of any employee of xn555 or its affiliated operators.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times.

xn555 does not guarantee that use of this Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. Users located in Pakistan are specifically advised that gambling activities may be restricted under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Accessing this Platform from Pakistan is at the User's own risk and discretion. xn555 makes no representation that it is compliant with Pakistani domestic gambling law.

Users wishing to access personalised features and transactional services must complete the account registration process. During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Valid email address (to be used for account communications and verification)
• Date of birth (to confirm age eligibility)
• Country of residence and, where applicable, city (e.g. Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar)
• Preferred currency for account transactions (PKR where available)
• A strong, unique password of your own choosing

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is a Prohibited Activity and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, with potential forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify xn555 immediately at the contact address set out in Section 17 of these Terms.

xn555 reserves the right to require additional identity verification (KYC) at any stage. You may be asked to submit a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address or other supporting documentation. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

xn555 supports a range of deposit methods commonly used by Pakistani users. Payment method availability may vary depending on the User's location, account verification status and current platform configurations. The following are referenced as familiar Pakistani payment rails for illustrative context only and do not constitute an endorsement of or affiliation with gambling activities by any payment provider:

• Mobile wallet transfers via Easypaisa and JazzCash
• Raast instant payment transfers
• Bank transfers through HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah
• Cryptocurrency deposits including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT)

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed within the deposit interface at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• xn555 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet and Raast transfers are typically near-instant. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Deposit fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed prior to completing the transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Users must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method held in the User's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal interface at the time of request.
• Withdrawal processing times are dependent on the payment method selected and the User's account verification status. Mobile wallet and Raast withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take two to five business days.
• xn555 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for high-value transactions.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before withdrawal eligibility is granted. See Section 8 for full bonus terms.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times, which are outside the control of xn555.

xn555 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside our control. Any third-party fees are the sole responsibility of the User.

xn555 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome packages, reload offers, free bets and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino, slots and other game categories may each carry different contribution percentages. These rates are specified within each individual promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: A maximum bet limit applies while a wagering requirement is active. Placing bets above this limit during bonus play may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Expiry: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period from the date of activation. Unused or unsatisfied bonus funds will be removed from the account upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus may be held per account at any time. Bonuses cannot be stacked.
• Single Account Per Bonus: Promotional offers are available to one account per household, device and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

xn555 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any statutory obligations that may apply in relevant jurisdictions.

All betting activity conducted through xn555 or through operators to which xn555 refers is subject to the following conduct rules:

• Bets once placed and confirmed are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where the Platform expressly permits cash-out or bet editing features.
• xn555 and its associated operators reserve the right to void bets placed on markets where a pricing or data error has occurred. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the User's account.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded ("late bets") are void regardless of any displayed odds at the time of placement.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and vary by sport and market type.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC T20 World Cup matches, international bilateral series and domestic tournaments — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published within the relevant market interface.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g. the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic matches, the ICC for international fixtures) shall be treated as final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xn555. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Opening or operating more than one account (multi-accounting)
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate bet outcomes or exploit platform mechanics
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions or gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities or pricing mistakes to generate profit
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once
• Using the Platform to launder funds, facilitate financial crime or engage in any activity that may contravene applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by law and where such prohibition applies to platforms of this nature
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another User's account or to any backend system of the Platform
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written consent from xn555

All content published on the xn555 Platform — including but not limited to text, betting guides, casino game explanations, graphics, logos, data compilations and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of xn555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform's content solely for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction or republication of any Platform content on third-party websites or publications without written consent
• Commercial use, resale or redistribution of any content, data or materials obtained from the Platform
• Systematic extraction of content using scraping tools, crawlers or automated data collection methods
• Removal or alteration of any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices attached to Platform content

The xn555 name, logo and associated brand identifiers are trademarks of xn555. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xn555 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform
• Reliance on any content, information or recommendations published on the Platform
• Losses sustained through gambling or betting activity, whether conducted directly on this Platform or through any third-party operator referenced herein
• Technical failures, service interruptions, data loss or security breaches outside xn555's reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard credentials
• Changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect the legality of your use of the Platform

xn555 provides all content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Platform does not warrant that its content is accurate, complete, current or free from errors at all times. Betting odds, bonus figures, payment method details and illustrative PKR amounts are subject to change without notice.

xn555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all content and platform features. The following tools and resources are available to Users who wish to manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may configure maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods to prevent uncontrolled spending.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum continuous session durations. An alert is displayed when the limit is reached, and the session is terminated if the User does not actively extend it.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting the support team. During a self-exclusion period, the User's account will be suspended and re-registration will not be permitted.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of session duration and net win/loss position are available within account settings.

xn555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or Prohibited Activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Identification of the account holder as a minor
• Legal or regulatory requirements that necessitate account closure
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in the Platform's inactivity policy

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting xn555 support. Upon closure, any outstanding balance (net of pending wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method, subject to identity verification.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or Prohibited Activity, xn555 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

xn555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice published on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document and in the Table of Contents sidebar. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xn555 holds its operating license, as applicable at the relevant time.

In the event of a dispute between xn555 and a User, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Users wishing to raise a formal complaint may do so by contacting the xn555 support team at the email address provided in Section 17. xn555 will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve them within thirty (30) business days.

xn555 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for matters arising from these Terms, and makes no representation that this Platform or its Terms comply with Pakistani domestic law. Pakistani Users are reminded that their use of this Platform is at their own legal risk and responsibility.
